Cancellation Policy:
- It is the Client’s responsibility to notify 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings to reschedule or cancel.
- The coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting. The coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
Refund Policy:
- After the healing session has begun or has been fully conducted, refunds are not applicable.
- Refunds requested in writing 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session will be given in full.
